He has held senior leadership roles across the sector, including work with large housing organizations, public institutions, and non-profit foundations. His experience spans operations, development, governance, and strategic transformation.

Greg is known for stepping into complex situations—often at moments of transition or uncertainty—and helping organizations regain clarity, alignment, and forward momentum.

He holds an MBA and the ICD.D designation and works directly with boards, executives, and senior leadership teams across Canada.
